What genre of music would you call the Jewish style?

You know, like the music in The Prince of Egypt.
Specifically, Through Heaven’s Eyes.

Also, if you know any good songs like that one, please feel free to suggest it.

"The Jewish style" of music is actually no one single style, but a wide variety of styles.

The film "Prince of Egypt" had a wonderful sound track! The music was a modern fusion of many traditional musical genres– among them Bedouin, Yemenite, liturgical, and klezmer.
That particular song, "Through Heaven’s Eyes" is a contemporary take on Middle Eastern music.
For similar songs, try a youtube search for "Israeli music".
