Did you know that pop star Britney Spears might carry the burden of G-d’s Covenant and become Jewish?

Jewish friends, your thoughts please? :)

Wearing a Star of David doesn’t make one a Jew

However, if she decides to leave that horrible New Ager scamming cult of "The Kabbalah Center" she joined with her buddies Demi and Madonna..and actually converts to Judaism…MAZEL TOV!

I hope it will help her.

Please note that there are even a few rabidly antisemitic posters here in Y/A who use a Star of David in their avatars. I hope that adults have enough sense to realize that merely wearing a symbol of a religion is not real evidence that you’re of that religion.

Brittney Spears is also one who has a TATTOO of a Hebrew word on the back of her neck and that is most definitely not something that endeared her to Jews.

woah..hold on!
..while I was "Googling" to find the photo of her tattoo..I discovered she had it REMOVED! Very good!

Hmm, maybe these are signs of progress..that she’s starting to actually learn something about real Judaism.

If she undergoes a conversion to Judaism, then as all converts to Judaism since the time of the Torah..she would be considered every bit as much a member of the covenant nation as Ruth and King David.

    Oh great.

Well, I dont know what to say to that. I hope she doesnt bring anymore shame on herself after she converts, that’s all. And wears panties at least on a semi-regular basis.

If anyone needs God it’s Britney. She needs something, that’s for damned sure. If God is what brings her to some sensibility and reasonable normalcy in her life, I say great. I think she’s been very lost and needs to guide herself from inside somehow. Perhaps she’ll finally connect with her spiritual side. She also needs a brassiere.
