Jews who believe in going back to the ‘Promised Land’ are called Zionists, they clash with religious Jews (like the one you watched yesterday.

Religious Jews believe (like we do) that Jews going to the promised land is a sign of the end of time. It is one of the steps for the arrival of the Anti Christ (il a3war il dajjal). That’s why they oppose it, and that’s why zionists fight them.

you can find out more about them by watching ‘the arrivals’ on youtube.

Is it appropriate for my Christian child to give his Jewish teacher a gift for Hannakah?

Posted by admin on October 30th, 2010 and filed under Jewish Gifts | 30 Comments »

My 3rd grader has a wonderful teacher this year. We would love to give her a gift for Hannakah, is this appropriate? If the teacher were not Jewish, we would have no issues with giving her a Christmas gift, but we don’t want to be insensitive to her religion since we are not Jewish. If this is appropriate, when should we give it to her, as Hannakah is for 8 days?

And people say that Christians are intolerant and disrespectful of others. Thank you for proving them wrong about at least one of us. It is both appropriate and acceptable for your child to give his teacher a gift. My fourth grade teacher was Jewish and I gave her a small gift each of the eight days. She taught us all about her traditions and made us some latkes (I think that is spelled right, they are potato pancakes), it was an awesome learning experience and the latkes were awesome!

His story is they decided to go to war with Iraq and 6 other nations on or about Sept 20 2001

And this loser who ran very successful business a big name in comedy and a major promoter in the entertainment industry from a poor Jewish family who lived the American dream of becoming very wealthy – Telling you that there is a sinister plot to which he has personal knowledge of through privileged contacts with the elites that 9/11 and the war on terror is a complete fraud

Some of the 19 hyjackers – alive in Pakistan

The outing of a CIA operative because her husband was critical of the so called intelligence used as justification to go to war against Iraq –

The BBC report that trade tower 7 fell 20 minutes before it actually did and is still visible in the background of the live camera shot

All of this was done by a cave dwelling General who was trained by the CIA to fight Russians in Afghanistan ?
Arabs gain what by the attack ?

Bombing lots and lots of bombing – something they could and would expect

What would the elites gain ?

More power than ever before and multi billion dollar contracts to supply arms for an endless war

What do the Arabs and Muslims gain ?

Hatred and persecution water boarding and more bombing

What do the elites gain ?

A window to pass anything and do anything at all without anyone noticing

RICH U.S. ELITES.

Is the level of intensity high when we installed Jewish State 60 years ago like we are installing Iraq now?

Posted by admin on October 27th, 2010 and filed under Jewish TV | 4 Comments »

It seems to me that everyday in TV we have nothing important than building Iraq. We, Americans act like Iraq is our own state. In fact we are spending more money on Iraq than we spend on our own school. I wonder when we tried to create Jewish state in the same region 60 years ago is so intense process like right now.

The United Nations created the State of Israel out of part of Palestine for a homeland for the Jewish people probably because of the Holocaust. It is not the same as Iraq since Israel has defended itself without American troops, but with American arms until she could build up her own weapons factories. She is an ally of the United States because it is nice for America to know that there is a country they can count on to allow the offloading of supplies in the Middle east if need be. We do not back Israel because it is a Jewish State, but because of her strategic location.

What gift can I get for a recently-engaged Jewish couple?

Posted by admin on October 27th, 2010 and filed under Jewish Gifts | 4 Comments »

They are fairly Orthodox and do keep Kosher, so I believe foodstuffs are out. I wanted to get a nice bottle of wine, but I’ve been told Kosher wine isn’t as nice as the normal stuff.

They don’t live together yet, so a house gift isn’t appropriate, either.

Bearing in mind that engagement gifts aren’t traditionally expected or necessary, what can anyone suggest?

While there are some terrible kosher wines, there are many excellent ones. A good wine store should have them, unless there are very few Jews in your area. If that is the case, then go online. www.zachys.com has alot, as does www.samswine.com

Covenant in Napa makes good wine, there is some great French kosher wine being made. Even in Israel, there are some excellent wineries now. Try this: http://www.samswine.com/castel-quotgrand-vinquot-hebron-kosher-2004-p-10041728.html.

There are some great cheaper ones too.

Why don’t Christians celebrate Jewish holidays?

Posted by admin on October 27th, 2010 and filed under Jewish Holidays | 2 Comments »

Any Jewish history from before the birth of Christ is also Christian history, so why don’t Christians celebrate holidays that commemorate events that are part of this common history? I see no reason you can’t have Christmas and Hanukkah.

I think because Christians are technically suppose to follow the new testament. When Jesus died for our sins we were suppose to give up the old beliefs and just follow his rules. (worship Jesus and God, love others, don’t judge). We no longer had to follow the rules were a woman on her period could not enter the temple or sacrifice animals to God. Jesus was our sacrifice and mad us clean. I think many people still follow the old testament because some things are really good ideas–like honoring your parents and not stealing.
Also if you want to celebrate both holidays–go for it. I don’t think there is anything wrong with. My God is cool with you celebrating Him in the name of either religion. My God would want you to be respectful of all others. It is his followers who have the problems. Pray and see what God says to you. God told me it was cool.
