There are 25,000 Jews living in Iran. When Israel backed a plan to pay Iranian Jewish families $60,000 to settle in Israel, Society of Iranian Jews met the announcement with scorn, issuing this statement: “The identity of Iranian Jews is not tradable for any amount of money. Iranian Jews are among the most ancient Iranians. Iran’s Jews love their Iranian identity and their culture, so threats and this immature political enticement will not achieve their aim of wiping out the identity of Iranian Jews.”

Jewish become Muslim

Posted by admin on June 30th, 2010 and filed under Jewish Gifts | No Comments »

http://www.jews-for-allah.org/

All praise be to Allah, the Lord of the universe. May peace and blessings of Allah be upon Mohammad, His last messenger.

The purpose of this hand-out is to correct a false idea spread among those willing to adopt Islam as their faith. Some people have a wrong notion that entering into the Islamic fold requires an announcement from the concerned person in the presence of high ranking scholars or shaikhs or reporting this act to courts of justice or other authorities. It is also thought that the act of accepting Islam, should, as a condition, have a certificate issued by the authorities, as evidence to that effect.

We wish to clarify that the whole matter is very easy and that none of these conditions or obligations are required. For Allah, Almighty, is above all comprehension and knows well the secrets of all hearts. Nevertheless, those who are going to adopt Islam as their religion are advised to register themselves as Muslims with the concerned governmental agency, as this procedure may facilitate for them many matters including the possibility of performing Hadj (Pilgrimage) and Umrah.

If anyone has a real desire to be a Muslim and has full conviction and strong belief that Islam is the true religion ordained by Allah for all human-beings, then, one should pronounce the “Shahada”, the testimony of faith, without further delay. The Holy Qur’an is explicit on this regard as Allah states:

“The Religion in the sight of Allah is Islam.” (Qur’an 3:19)

In another verse of the Holy Qur’an, Allah states:

“If unyone desires a religion other than Islam (Submission to Allah), Never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter he will be in the ranks of those who have lost (their selves in the fire).”(Qur’an 3:85

In addition, Islam is the only religion prevailing over all other religions. Allah states in the Holy Qur’an:

“To thee We sent the Scripture in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it in safety:…” (Qur’an 5:48)

Mohammad, the Prophet of Allah (Peace and blessing of Allah be upon him), said:

“The superstructure of Islam is raised on five (pillars): testifying that there is no God (none truely to be worshiped) but Allah, and that Mohammad is the messenger of Allah, performing the prayer, paying the Zakah (poor-due), fasting the month of Ramadan, and performing Hadj”.

The Shahada can be declared as follows:

“ASH-HADU ANLA ELAHA ILLA-ALLAH WA ASH-HADU ANNA MOHAMMADAN RASUL-ALLAH”.

The English translation is:

“I bear witness that there is no deity (none truely to be worshipped) but, Allah, and I bear witness that Mohammad is the messenger of Allah”,

If the Fairness Doctrine passes, should someone investigate the Jewish control of Hollywood and the TV media?

Posted by admin on June 27th, 2010 and filed under Jewish TV | 4 Comments »

I’m against the Fairness Doctrine, personally. But if it does pass, let’s take first things first. The biggest political monopoly in the media is also an ethnic monopoly. Before we go fishing for "small fry," let’s strip the Jews of their ability to determine policy and content for the television networks and in the movie industry.
Dave87gn, of those five newsmedia CEOs, how many are Jews and how many are not Jews? Count them up.
Richard t, nope. Hollywood and the TV media are controlled by Jews. It is true, however, that some of the Jews are gay.
Plowmaster, the Jewish-owned media in the USA are liberal because the Jews are a demographic minority here. If the Jews were a majority of the population, their media would not be liberal. They’d be openly Zionist, with perhaps a twist of lime. The ideology exhibited by the Jewish media is chosen for its utility to Jews in a given set of circumstances. Change the circumstances, and the Jewish media’s professed ideology will change also.

The passage of the Fairness Doctrine will most likely bring about civil war. We are already on the verge. One more push and it’s on I imagine.

Is it bad etiquette to give a gift to someone who’s Jewish at Christmas time?

Posted by admin on June 27th, 2010 and filed under Jewish Gifts | 18 Comments »

I am giving gifts to my college professors before the Christmas break. I am planning on giving mugs (with snowflakes painted on the outside) filled with Hershey kisses and flavored coffees or cocoas. Would it be rude or inappropriate to give my Jewish professor a gift as well, saying something like, "Happy Holidays"? Since I’m not Jewish, I have no clue on this type of thing!!!

Happy Hannukah, Happy Chanukah, Happy Holidays, are all appropriate. The first two refer to the 8-day Jewish celebration.

My best friend of 30 years, a teacher, is of the Jewish faith. Receiving a gift with "Happy Hannukah" on it makes it more special as the student took the time to remember his/her teacher is not Christian.

Your gift to your Jewish professor will coincide with the gifts you are planning to give to your Christian professors, as Chanukah in 2006 begins at sundown on December 15 with the first full day of this Jewish celebration on December 16.
